Urban Venom Returns Policy - PLEASE READ

1. All returns can take up to THREE weeks to be processed from us receiving the item, and we cannot provide you with an update until after this time
2. ALL refunds are completed within 30 days of us receiving your item

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policybelow).  Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Goods purchased on Urban Venom can be returned for a refund (charges do apply) or exchange provided that you have returned it to us within 7 days of receiving your goods Returned items must be a in re-sellable condition, with all tags still attached, and a Returns Number which should be written on your customer cares form.

Returns Quick Steps:
1.  Obtain an RMA number from your UV account
2.  Write down your RMA number on your Customer Care Form
3.  Tick the relevant box on the form "Reason for returning"
4.  Enter comments in "Comments Field"
5.  Tick the relevant box "Replacment or Refund"

No Returns Policy on the following items:
Sale items
Airbrush T Shirts
Underwear
Earrings
Mixtape Cd’s
DVD’s
UV are NOT responsible and cannot provide refunds or exchange any items that have been shrunk, or damaged due to customers washing, or wearing

Refund:
All refunds will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted at the time of refund.

Our restocking fee covers our cost that we have incurred in sending the original item, along with the cost of restocking and processing the return.

UV will refund to the value of the item purchased, you will NOT be refunded postage costs, and you will have to pay for the return postage. 
For your own protection when returning any goods, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any goods that fail to reach us.
If you qualified for free posting you will be charged £3.99 which will also be deducted at time of refund

Exchange:
If we have your desired item in stock we will be more then happy to exchange, if not we can issue you will a UV voucher to the value of your item
If you qualified for free posting you will be charged £3.50 to resend your exchanged item.  PLEASE NOTE: Urban Venom will exchange an item ONLY ONCE
